In ensuring our Information Architecture stays nimble, and scalable from green-fields implementations, to legacy integrations, we follow the established principles of the open source TM Forum Information Framework, which we’ll explain further below.

Enterprise tooling

The Digital Platform is build and deployed using only enterprise-grade technology. Namely stable Java public facing services, hardened containers, and Kubernetes deployments.

Authentication and Authorization

Tried and true financial services grade user management, authentication and authorization are built into the Digital Platform, and can be configured to support any access model.

Product and Service Order Management

We life cycle customer facing flows using Product Orders, where the Information Architecture is customer-centric. Downstream integrations are mapped to Service Orders, where we manage the Service life cycle. This helps us iterate customer concerns independently of changes to downstream services, which becomes the bane of any established platform.

Business Process Management

Product and Service order state management, and business processes are deployed independently; again allowing us to life cycle our business process independently, listening for state change events and responding appropriately. This means our independent business domains can be handled easily in small, composable Applications that any developer can pick up. Authorization flows all the way through.

Integration services

The Platform includes established transformation patterns that allow us to quickly integrate with third party systems, mock, and test them independently.

Database Persistence

The Digital Platform persistence layer is JSON document based, persisting to scalable, sharded, multi-master data stores for unlimited scale.
